As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor to join our team and help us strengthen our financial controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Role Overview: As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our risk management, control, and governance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and strict adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive internal audits across various business units.
🔹 Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions to mitigate financial and operational risks.
🔹 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
🔹 Review financial statements, cost records, and operational data for accuracy and efficiency.
🔹 Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and present findings to management and the audit committee.
🔹 Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements: 🎓 Mandatory: Qualified CMA (ICMAI / ICWAI).
✅ Proven experience in internal auditing, risk management, or financial control (preferably in the energy, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors).
✅ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of cost accounting and compliance frameworks.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
