Human Resources Manager - Residential Real Estate

Expected Salary Range: ₹8-12L per annum.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR as a generalist and at least 4 years of managerial
experience.
MBA in HR or equivalent.
Must have competencies: Strong communication skills – articulate, persuade, influence,
ownership, collaboration skills, solution orientation, agility, analytical ability.
Must have skills: Hands on experience in all aspects of employee life cycle management.
Role Description:
1. Deploy HR strategy as intended through effective systems, processes, structures and policies.
2. Manage the talent acquisition, induction, onboarding process through efficient talent sources,
partners, channels and ensure availability of required skills for the business.
3. Build effective talent pipeline and continuity plans
4. Ensure all roles, deliverables and operating structures are clear and effective
5. Deploy and manage the performance management system – goals, reviews, outcomes,
progression, consequences etc.
6. Manage the learning & development needs of the organization in consultation with the business
heads
7. Manage efficient data capture systems and information flow systems for payroll inputs
8. Implement approved incentive and variable compensation programs
9. Manage engagement, welfare, reward and recognition and engagement initiatives.
10. Manage employee needs and services through well-structured processes
11. Implement initiatives to measure and improve desired cultural attributes and values in the
organization
12. Ensure statutory compliance
13. Drive best in class safety, health and environment practices
14. Ensure HR excellence and internal customer satisfaction
15. Offer HR analytics and insights through efficient dashboards, MIS and HRMS
