ArthCycle Labs LLP is looking for an energetic and growth-focused Marketing Executive to join our team and support our expanding B2B business.

What You’ll Do
• Generate and qualify new B2B leads through online and offline channels
• Identify and connect with cosmetic brands, distributors, salons, spas, hotels, dermatologists, retailers, and other potential business clients
• Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Follow up on enquiries and nurture prospective clients through the sales pipeline
• Promote our Private Label, White Label, OEM, Bulk Manufacturing, and Packaging Solutions
• Support digital marketing and social media initiatives
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Maintain lead, enquiry, and customer databases
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Production, and Management teams
• Assist with quotations, samples, presentations, catalogues, and marketing material
• Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and new product opportunities
• Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and marketing performance
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns
Who We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or a related field preferred
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with client calling, follow-ups, and lead generation
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and email
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Organised, proactive, and target-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
