OVERVIEW
Data Associate – International Sales & Marketing role serve as key partners to Sales and Marketing Managers, providing critical support in business operations. Responsibilities include managing processes such as Purchase Order (PO) creation, Goods Receipt (GR) formation, Product Sample Management, and GClips Key Line approvals. This involves close collaboration with Brand and Market Managers for creation and coordination, as well as Finance and Marketing leadership for final approvals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support Sales & Marketing Teams
Purchase Order (PO) Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of Purchase Order creation, including:
Updating and maintaining the PO Tracker.
Completing MIGO/GR processes and forwarding finalized POs.
Generating and sharing PO copies in PDF format.
Updating the SMF file for PO requests related to POSM and displays (Sales Team).
Trade Accruals Management: Raise Trade Accrual Forms for the Shopper Marketing and Brand teams.
Product Development Support: Facilitate New Product Development (NPD) processes and supplier registration.
Sampling Requests: Accurately route sampling requests within the system.
Collaboration on Product Specifications: Partner with packing coordinators to ensure accurate product specifications.
Regional Invoice Management: Manage and process regional invoices efficiently.
Budget Tracking and Reconciliation
Maintaining Master Data File for self-service use of the Product Specifications
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate effectively with Market Managers, Brand Managers, Marketing & Finance Controllers to ensure all process timelines are met.
Understand stakeholders’ requests and see the larger picture to enable holistic solutions.
Ability to recommend and influence changes to processes & ensure adherence to SOP.
Work through people and processes to accomplish superlative results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Min. years of related experience required: Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory)
Preferred years of related experience: Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory).
Education – Full time Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
Strong command over oral and written English
Multitasking ability - work on a host of tools/databases and software/platforms effectively to manifest superior results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1+ years of experience in any of the following: account management, trade funding, analytics, finance, sales, marketing, and/or category management, retail.
