Role Description The Full Stack Developer will work on-site in Gonda in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product, learning, and design teams to build and enhance web-based platforms that power NATTLABS’ talent development solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing front-end user interfaces, developing and maintaining back-end services and APIs, and integrating data and third-party tools to ensure smooth, reliable application performance. The role involves writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing applications for scalability, security, and usability. The Full Stack Developer will also contribute to technical discussions, help refine requirements, and support continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, such as working with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development capabilities, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, high-performing applications.
Candidates should possess broad Software Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and debugging.
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in building scalable, secure web applications.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, or similar) and cloud or DevOps tools is an advantage.
