Role Description The AI/ML Engineer (Walk-in) role at JobBricks is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to support data-driven products and services. Typical responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, selecting appropriate algorithms, training and validating models, and optimizing performance for production environments. The AI/ML Engineer will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, implement scalable architectures, and document models and workflows. The role also involves continuous monitoring of model performance, researching emerging AI/ML techniques, and contributing to improvements in the overall data and analytics ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient and scalable solutions.
Applied knowledge of Statistics and Pattern Recognition for data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Experience working with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks for building predictive and analytical models.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python), and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, including data preprocessing, transformation, and visualization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to model reliability, fairness, and performance.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
