About us
We're a growing startup, and our founder is building his personal brand on X and LinkedIn. You'll run that brand with him and learn how a startup grows an audience from zero.
The role
You'll be the voice behind the founder's accounts. You'll post and engage from his account every day. Your name never appears, but the results are yours. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager and curious to learn fast.
Daily routine
· Scan X and LinkedIn for trending topics in the founder's niche (AI, marketing, startups) and pick the day's post angles
· Write and publish LinkedIn posts and X posts or threads in the founder's voice
· Find posts worth replying to and write thoughtful comments that add a view, a story or a sharp question, and bring people back to the founder's profile
· Reply to people who respond to the founder's posts, and note what worked
Weekly responsibilities
· Plan the week's content themes with the founder
· Turn the founder's voice notes and ideas into posts
· Review the week's best and worst posts and share what you learned
· Build a swipe file of strong hooks, formats and comments
Core skills we'll look for
· Hooks: the first line that stops the scroll
· Voice matching: writing that sounds like the founder, not like AI or corporate copy
· Conversation sense: spotting posts where a comment will get seen and start a discussion
· Comment craft: short, specific, opinionated, never "Great post!"
· Speed: turning a trend into a post quickly
Who you are
· Early in your career, ideally a fresh graduate with a B.A. in English, Literature, Journalism or Writing
· Strong, natural written English
· You understand X and LinkedIn well and notice why some posts work and others don't
· Curious, quick to learn, and happy to rewrite after feedback
· Reliable and discreet about ghostwriting
· Bonus: basic knowledge of AI tools, marketing or startups, or an existing writing portfolio
