Social Media Strategist

Are you a Content Creator who has built an audience on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or Twitter/X? We’re looking for people who understand the science and strategy behind audience growth.
We need a Social Media Strategist with at least one year of hands-on experience in Content Strategy, Social Media Growth, and organic Content Distribution, either for a personal brand or a business.
What you'll do:
Develop content calendars and Content Marketing strategies for one or more social media platforms.
Identify what to post, who it serves, and why it deserves attention.
Analyse content performance, Organic Reach, audience behaviour, and what makes content work.
Build repeatable strategies for Organic Social Media growth and Personal Branding.
Who should apply?
Whether you’re a LinkedIn Creator, Instagram Creator, YouTube Creator, or Twitter/X Creator, we care more about what you’ve built than your professional job title. Professional work experience isn’t mandatory, but one year of demonstrated content-building and growth experience is.
We need strategic thinkers; execution can be handled by someone else.
How to apply: DM your CV and a link to the account you’ve helped grow. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an assessment or video interview.
