Remote E-commerce Website Specialist

🚀 WE’RE HIRING: E-commerce Website Specialist!
Are you experienced in managing Shopify stores and keeping online storefronts accurate, organized, and running smoothly? We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Website Specialist who can maintain live stores, manage product catalogs, troubleshoot website issues, and help deliver a seamless online shopping experience.
If you have strong Shopify experience and can quickly learn new platforms, we’d love to hear from you!
💻 What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain live Shopify stores, including product listings, collections, navigation, promotions, and store settings.
Update product descriptions, images, pricing, variants, and website content.
Test links, forms, navigation, and checkout functionality to ensure websites work properly.
Troubleshoot common website issues and check website quality across desktop and mobile devices.
Support new store setups and ongoing storefront improvements.
Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to implement website updates.
Learn and work with additional platforms, including BrightSites and BigCommerce.
✅ What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of relevant website management, development, or e-commerce implementation experience.
Strong hands-on Shopify store management experience.
Experience managing product catalogs and maintaining accurate website content.
Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new platforms and adapt to changing requirements.
Nice to Have:
Experience with BrightSites or BigCommerce.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, or other coding technologies.
Familiarity with WordPress, APIs, DNS, or database management.
Coding expertise isn’t the main requirement. We’re looking for someone who understands how to manage an online store effectively and can confidently learn new tools and platforms.
