Key Responsibilities
Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis.
Perform buyer and target screening, comparable company analysis, and financial modeling.
Build, update, and troubleshoot Excel-based valuation and transaction models.
Ensure models are accurate, logically consistent, and well-structured.
Prepare and review pitchbooks and client-facing transaction materials.
Analyze transaction scenarios and communicate strategic rationale and key deal considerations.
