💼 Background: Agency or In-house Recruitment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
A proven track record of strong recruitment performance and the potential to grow
Experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment
A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering great client and candidate experiences
The ability to balance recruitment tools, processes, and data with creativity and relationship-building
Confidence in managing exclusive client assignments from initial scoping through offer acceptance, start, and onboarding
Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
A collaborative mindset and the drive to learn, share knowledge, and support the team
