Restaurant Manager - Hotel Cipriani, Season 2027

At Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our F&B Team and supervise both Il Porticciolo Restaurant (open for lunch) and Bar San Giorgio (open for dinner).
This is a seasonal full-time position from March to October 2027 and reports directly to the F&B Manager of the Hotel.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests while maintaining efficient operations, quality and exemplary service. Among the main responsibilities:
direct the restaurant operations on a daily basis ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction;
supervise, train and develop the team;
maintain a daily liaison with the kitchen team ensuring a harmonious relationship between culinary and service team;
work closely with the F&B Manager and the Chef;
contribute to the development of the restaurant offer whilst evolving and improving continuously the assigned venue.
Requirements
Consolidated experience as Restaurant Manager;
Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working a similar position within 5* hotels;
Fluency both in Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficial;
Strong leadership skills;
Be service oriented and guest focused;
In order to be considered for this position you must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the moment of application.
