Lead cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align stakeholders and deliver product development and launch milestones.
Coordinate hardware and software experiences: Work with software product teams to ensure hardware products integrate effectively into cohesive customer solutions.
Engage with customers and the market: Synthesize customer feedback, field insights, and market trends; support strategic sales opportunities, product demonstrations, customer advisory discussions, and executive briefings.
Support product positioning and launches: Help develop messaging, positioning, sales enablement resources, launch content, and readiness plans for new products and updates.
Drive operational excellence: Monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies; support supplier and manufacturing partner relationships; and maintain product documentation, competitive analyses, and portfolio reports.

Analytical capabilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and make data-informed recommendations.
Business and financial acumen: Experience developing business cases and product requirements, with an understanding of commercial objectives and product profitability.
Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
