Ferra helps adults aged 50 and over stay strong and independent with a home strength-training subscription built around a smart gym machine. It isn't about building muscle. It's about living well as you age. We serve customers across Bangalore and Delhi NCR.
The role
You'll work alongside our existing salesperson as an individual contributor. You'll work inbound leads from our ads and website through to paid subscriptions, report directly to the cofounder, and help shape how Ferra sells. As Ferra grows, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility.
What you'll do
• Call and follow up quickly on inbound leads from older adults and their families.
• Run demos and trials, handle objections, and close monthly and prepaid plans.
• Keep the CRM accurate and rate lead quality honestly, because those ratings feed straight into our ad targeting.
• Look after customers early on so they stay with us for the long run.
• Spot patterns in what converts and help build the sales playbook.
• Mentor teammates as the team grows.
You'll do well here if you
• Have 2 to 5 years of B2C sales experience, ideally in health, fitness, wellness, education, or subscriptions.
• Communicate with warmth and patience, especially with older customers, in English plus Hindi or Kannada.
• Are motivated by results, organised, and comfortable with a CRM.
• Want ownership and room to grow at an early-stage startup.
