We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation Executive to join our Finance team at Docube Healthcare – Bangalore.
🔎 What You’ll Be Handling:
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer outstanding
• Prepare and maintain customer-wise receivable ageing reports
• Perform customer/vendor ledger reconciliations
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments & collections
• Identify and resolve reconciliation differences and payment mismatches
• Track invoices, credit notes, TDS deductions and short payments
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for payment-related queries
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end closing
• Prepare regular MIS and receivables reports
👤 What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Reconciliation / Finance
• Good understanding of accounting & bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with Tally Software
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work
• B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred
