About the Role
Diligence Certifications is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Technical Sales Engineer. This opportunity is ideal for fresh engineering graduates and MBA Marketing candidates who are interested in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
The selected candidates will work with clients to understand their requirements, promote certification and compliance services, and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and develop business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and client interactions.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate certification and compliance solutions.
Explain certification services, including BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, and other applicable certifications.
Prepare quotations and proposals and conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Work toward monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Engineering Graduates: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Management Graduates: MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
Not Eligible: Candidates from Computer Science and Information Technology backgrounds.
Candidates residing in Noida or Delhi will be preferred.
Skills Required
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Basic understanding of technical concepts and an interest in certification services.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
