Role Description This is a full-time, remote Python Developer role (React + FastAPI) based in Bengaluru, for experienced professionals with 7–13 years of relevant industry experience. The Python Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services using FastAPI, while collaborating with front-end teams to build responsive user interfaces in React.
We are building a next-generation Human-in-the-Loop Risk Intelligence Platform that combines AI, document understanding, and real-time review workflows. The platform enables enterprises to intelligently process, analyze, and validate complex documents through a seamless review workbench powered by modern web technologies and AI-driven insights.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React-focused) who is passionate about building high-performance, data-intensive, and visually rich web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, and RESTful API design.
Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills, including experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Candidates should possess practical experience working with Databases, including schema design, query optimization, and integration with back-end services.
7–13 years of professional experience in full-stack or back-end development, preferably in product-based or enterprise solution environments.
Build and scale complex Single Page Applications (SPA) using React & TypeScript
Develop highly interactive document review and annotation interfaces
Work extensively with PDF rendering, parsing, and manipulation workflows
Implement advanced canvas-based overlays for highlighting, annotations, and visual insights
Design and manage scalable frontend architecture and state management systems
🧠 Must Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in React.js & TypeScript
Strong experience in building complex SPA applications
Hands-on experience with PDF technologies (pdf.js / react-pdf / similar libraries)
Experience with Canvas APIs / document viewers / annotation systems
Strong understanding of state management (Redux / Zustand / Context API)
Experience integrating with Python / FastAPI / REST APIs
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on performance-critical applications
⭐ Good to Have:
Experience in document intelligence / OCR / AI-assisted workflows
Familiarity with real-time collaboration systems
Experience in data-heavy enterprise SaaS platforms
Exposure to AI/ML-driven UI workflows or LLM integrations
