About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Partner Success Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding our vendor network by ensuring seamless onboarding, monitoring partner performance, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners.
The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the onboarding and verification process for new partners, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely completion.
• Conduct vendor kickoff calls to establish expectations, build rapport, and ensure a smooth start to the partnership.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance using key metrics such as sample traffic, conversion rates, dropout rates, EPC, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities through regular reporting and performance analysis.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing reports to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support the development and enhancement of automated reporting processes and dashboards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing day-to-day queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Project Management, and Client Services to resolve partner-related issues and improve workflows.
• Maintain accurate partner records, documentation, and communication logs.
• Assist in developing best practices and process improvements to enhance partner satisfaction and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Partner Success, Vendor Management, Client Services, Market Research Operations, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in market research, sample management, survey operations, or partner/vendor management.
• Familiarity with performance metrics such as conversion rates, EPC, incidence rates, and traffic quality.
• Experience working with reporting dashboards and automation tools.
