Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with strong expertise in PostgreSQL.
The ideal candidate should have solid frontend and backend development skills, strong database knowledge, and the ability to independently develop and deliver end-to-end applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including complex SQL queries, joins, indexing, and performance tuning.
Work with MongoDB for data storage and management.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Required Skills:
4–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, SQL queries, joins, indexing, and optimization.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Good understanding of asynchronous programming, state management, and reusable components.
Experience with Git and version control.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
Good to Have:
Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Redux or other state management libraries.
Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI application integration.
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
