Role Description The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Joda, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.Candidate must having a good experience in Designing Crushers Screen Conveyers and Raw material Handling Equipments The person in this role will lead mechanical and machine design activities, translate requirements into detailed engineering concepts, and produce accurate CAD models and drawings. Daily responsibilities include performing calculations and simulations, reviewing and optimizing designs for performance, manufacturability, and safety, and preparing technical documentation and specifications. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support prototyping and testing, provide guidance to junior engineers, and assist in resolving design-related issues during fabrication, installation, and commissioning. The role also involves participating in design reviews, maintaining compliance with relevant standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply fundamental principles to complex systems.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Machine Design and Product Design, including concept development and optimization for manufacturability and reliability.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, drafting, and preparation of detailed engineering drawings.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Several years of relevant experience in mechanical or machine design, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively with production, procurement, and quality teams.
Good communication skills, ability to document and present technical information clearly, and familiarity with industry standards and codes.
