Senior Frontend Engineer / UI Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer / UI Engineer to build intuitive, responsive, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React JS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, UI architecture, API integration, and frontend performance, with a keen interest in using AI tools to improve development productivity and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces using React JS and TypeScript.
• Convert UI/UX designs and business requirements into reusable, maintainable frontend components.
• Build and maintain frontend architecture, shared component libraries, and design-system standards.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services, handling loading states, errors, validation, and secure data flows.
• Optimize page performance, rendering, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, product managers, and business teams.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit/component tests, and maintain high standards for code quality.
• Use AI-assisted tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity improvements.
Required Technical Skills
Core React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
UI Development Responsive design, reusable components, state management, hooks, routing
API Integration REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, error handling
Quality & Performance Frontend testing, debugging, browser tools, accessibility, performance optimization
Tools & Workflow Git, code reviews, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD familiarity, AI coding assistants
Preferred / Added Advantage
• Experience with React Native or shared web/mobile component strategies.
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma and translating design systems into production code.
• Experience building dashboards, admin portals, fintech applications, or data-intensive interfaces.
• Knowledge of secure frontend practices, OAuth/JWT flows, and financial services or payment integrations.
• Exposure to Next.js, component testing tools, and frontend build/performance tooling.

• Strong professional experience in frontend engineering with a portfolio of production-grade applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, UI consistency, usability, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently, mentor junior developers, and take ownership of frontend delivery.
