Studi_o110 is an architecture-driven design practice dedicated to delivering refined, context-responsive, and sustainable built environments through design excellence, technical rigour, and meticulous detailing. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Architect to join our Vadodara studio, with strong capabilities in architectural design, technical documentation, and industry-standard software, along with the aptitude to contribute seamlessly across all project stages, from conceptualisation to on-site execution.
Role Description:-
Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and space-planning solutions.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documentation, and design presentations.
Develop & co-ordinate architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
Support project planning, coordination, and progress monitoring to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain design intent, technical accuracy, quality standards, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:-
A degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Strong knowledge of architectural design, space planning, and building documentation.
Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and international drawing standards and practices.
Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including architectural modelling and drawing documentation.
Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate, coordinated technical drawings.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
