Highbrow Technology Inc. is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong knowledge of US staffing and exposure to automotive engineering recruitment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, C2C, W2, C2H and permanent positions.
Source candidates across IT, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering and Cybersecurity.
Support automotive engineering hiring for Embedded Systems, AUTOSAR, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, ADAS and HIL/SIL Testing.
Work with VMS/MSP platforms, ATS tools and direct US clients.
Manage candidate screening, submissions, rate negotiations and onboarding.
🔹 Required Skills
✅ 4–10 years of US IT recruitment experience
✅ Strong knowledge of US staffing models and employment types
✅ Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice and other job portals
✅ Experience with ATS/VMS platforms such as JobDiva, CEIPAL or Fieldglass
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Preferred: Experience with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, embedded systems or automotive software recruitment.
Candidates must be comfortable working US shifts from our Mysore office.
