Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Lead – Finance, Revenue Assurance & Investor Relations. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, monitoring revenue streams, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition in line with applicable standards and regulatory requirements. The Lead will track key financial metrics, review financial statements, and coordinate with internal teams to identify discrepancies, risks, and process improvement opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing revenue assurance controls, reviewing reconciliations, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and preparing analytical reports for leadership. The role also includes maintaining investor communication materials, addressing investor queries, supporting investor presentations, and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen investor trust and financial transparency.
Qualifications
Strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience with financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
Ability to interpret and analyze Financial Statements, with attention to accuracy, trends, and key performance indicators.
Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate revenue data, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Effective Communication skills for engaging with investors, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or CPA are an advantage.
Experience in revenue assurance, financial control, or investor relations within financial services or a related sector.
Proficiency with financial modeling, spreadsheets, and reporting tools; familiarity with ERP or financial systems is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
