Role Description The Senior Accountant role at Nexera.Health is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Senior Accountant will manage general ledger activities, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure accurate recording of transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Daily responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role involves monitoring budgets, assisting with financial planning and analysis, and preparing reports for management and stakeholders. The Senior Accountant will also support audits, maintain compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and contribute to the improvement of financial controls and accounting processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for decision support.
Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
Candidates should possess skills in compliance with tax regulations, audit support, and internal controls.
Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, and be comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
