Role Description The Site Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram. The Site Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This role includes coordinating with project managers, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring material quality and quantities, and maintaining site documentation, including reports, measurements, and progress updates. The individual will assist in planning and scheduling work, resolving on-site technical issues, and implementing civil engineering designs related to structural, infrastructure, and stormwater systems. The Site Civil Engineer will also support quality control, compliance with local regulations, and timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications.
Candidates should possess solid planning and project coordination skills to manage site activities, resources, and timelines effectively.
Candidates should possess knowledge of stormwater management and related infrastructure to ensure compliant and sustainable site development.
Candidates should possess practical experience working as Civil Engineers on residential and commercial construction projects.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and safety practices.
Proficiency in basic engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary site teams.
Ability to work on-site in Malappuram, manage field challenges, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
