Role Description The Fashion Consultant will work full time on-site at our Hyderabad location, guiding clients in selecting bridal and occasion wear that aligns with their preferences, body types, and event requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and engaging clients, understanding their style needs, presenting suitable products, and offering personalized styling and accessory recommendations. The role involves maintaining deep knowledge of current collections, fabric options, and customization possibilities, as well as supporting sales through professional consultations and follow-up. The Fashion Consultant will also collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate order details, contribute to visual merchandising, and help create an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge and an understanding of luxury bridal and occasion wear.
Candidates should possess Fashion Consulting and styling skills, with the ability to provide personalized wardrobe recommendations.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including active listening and clear, respectful interaction with diverse clients.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills focused on high-end client experience and relationship building.
Candidates should possess basic to advanced Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing consultations ethically.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, or a related field are beneficial.
Prior experience in luxury retail, bridal wear, or high-end fashion consulting is preferred.
Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, are advantageous.
