Focus on embedding AI across Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Back Office
Part of a transformation team enabling company-wide AI adoption
High-impact role with strong ownership and visibility
Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and systems
Develop and orchestrate AI agents to solve business problems
Build backend systems to validate and optimize AI outputs
Work closely with teams to drive efficiency through AI
Requirements
Strong experience in applied AI/ML engineering
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI agents
Experience building scalable backend systems for AI
Strong product mindset and ability to solve real business problems
Additional Information
AI organization split into internal and external teams
Planned growth to a 10-person team with phased hiring
Remote-first with Berlin as a preferred hub
