At MatchToCollege (matchtocollege.com), we are looking for ambitious Admissions Telecallers to join our growth team in Gurugram.
What You Will Do:
Connect with 250–300+ student leads daily to understand their higher education aspirations (Online Degrees, Regular Universities, Study Abroad).
Guide students with objective counselling and recommend suitable university options.
Drive regular follow-ups and convert qualified interest into confirmed student admissions.
Maintain clean lead records and pipeline tracking in our CRM.
Who Should Apply:
0.5 to 2+ years of experience in high-velocity outbound calling / inside sales (EdTech, insurance, banking, or customer acquisition).
High stamina for dialler-based outreach and consistent daily target delivery.
Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills in Hindi and English.
Strong desire to earn lucrative incentives on every closure.

Fixed in-hand salary (₹15k – ₹22k based on experience).
