The Chief of Staff, Marketing will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), helping translate marketing priorities into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes. This high-impact role drives alignment across marketing functions and go-to-market teams, ensuring strategic initiatives move forward efficiently. Combining strategic thinking with operational excellence, the successful candidate will oversee cross-functional programs, executive communications, performance reporting, and organizational planning. The role also emphasizes AI-powered workflows and automation to streamline reporting, generate insights, and support faster, better-informed decisions. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance leaders, this individual will identify opportunities, resolve execution challenges, and maintain accountability for shared goals.
