Level 3A — Resource ManagerNarrative
Independent RM overseeing day-to-day resourcing for a market pool or smaller specialty pool, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Builds confidence with senior stakeholders while still primarily tactical and operational in focus.
Scope
Accountable for resourcing within a defined pool (market or specialty).
Operates independently, escalating only high-risk or structural issues to an RD or COO.
Tactical workforce planning with limited strategic influence.
Responsibilities
Lead resourcing for a market or specialty pool, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
Maintain OneRMP and reporting tools to support business decisions.
Manage hiring validation for the pool with support from RD.
Deliver utilization and forecast insights, escalating complex gaps.
Partner with PMs, client teams, and business managers to manage briefs.
Apply prioritization guidelines and mediate simple resourcing conflicts.
Begin to mentor Junior RMs; role model best practices.
Contribute to RM community discussions and regional initiatives.
