Role Description The Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sultanpur. The Project Engineer will oversee day-to-day project activities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring engineering and construction tasks to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical documents, assisting in cost estimates, supporting site execution, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as contractors, suppliers, and internal project managers. The role also involves tracking project progress, identifying risks, proposing corrective actions, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Project Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement in processes, safety practices, and project delivery methods.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills to manage technical tasks and schedule activities effectively.
Candidates should possess Project Management and Communication skills to coordinate teams, interact with stakeholders, and ensure clear reporting.
Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge, preferably with exposure to civil or infrastructure projects, to support multidisciplinary project requirements.
Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field) is preferred.
Experience in construction or infrastructure projects, familiarity with site operations, and understanding of safety standards are beneficial.
Ability to use project management and engineering software tools, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach are advantageous.
