BIM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Managers to oversee and coordinate Building Information Modeling activities for a data center projects in France, Germany, Nordics, Italy, Switzerland.
You will be responsible for managing BIM workflows, ensuring model accuracy, and collaborating with project stakeholders to optimize design and construction processes. This role requires expertise in BIM technologies, data center infrastructure, and multidisciplinary coordination to drive project efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Strategy & Implementation:
Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans
Establish BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Define model structure, file organization, and level of detail requirements for the project.
Model Coordination & Clash Detection:
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (architectural, structural, MEP, and IT infrastructure).
Perform clash detection and resolution
Facilitate model reviews and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
Data & Asset Management:
Ensure BIM models integrate with project management and facility management systems.
Oversee 4D and 5D BIM applications to enhance project planning and budgeting.
Maintain a digital twin approach for operational handover and lifecycle management.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Conduct model audits, QA/QC checks, and ensure adherence to project BIM standards.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, client requirements, and security protocols
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on data center projects preferred.
Experience working in a mission-critical, high-tech, or infrastructure environment is a plus.
