What you'll do:
Research markets, customer segments, competitors, and trends using AI tools, and verify what they tell you
Identify and refine our target customers and their key problems
Develop positioning, messaging, and pitch ideas for our products
Propose launch plans and channel ideas, with reasoning for why they'd work
Build simple frameworks, decks, and one-page briefs that make findings easy to act on
Test ideas quickly, for example by mocking up a landing page or pitch and gathering feedback
Build AI workflows and prompts that make our research repeatable
Customer and prospect interviews, so the research isn't only AI-based
Create sales materials like battlecards and one-pagers
Define success metrics for tests and reporting results
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in the requirements
A short work sample in the application (e.g., a one-page market brief)
What we're looking for:
Curiosity about how markets work and why customers buy
Structured thinking: you can break a vague question into parts and reach a clear recommendation
Strong command of AI tools for research, analysis, writing, and synthesis (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, NotebookLM, and similar), and the judgment to catch weak or wrong outputs
Excellent written communication and the ability to present ideas simply
Nice to have: exposure to internships in marketing, or startups; basic data or spreadsheet skills
Must-Haves:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity to explore new AI and technologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Daily, practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for research, analysis, or writing — not occasional use
Comfortable with ambiguity — able to work from a loosely defined problem without needing every step spelled out
Basic market research skills — knows how to find and judge the credibility of information, not just accept the first AI-generated answer
Compensation:
Monthly Stipend: As per industry standards

PPO (based on the performance during the internship and business requirements)
