SAP FICO Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, including at least one end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP FI/CO, experience in business process analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements, analyze business processes, and prepare functional specifications.
Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
Work on SAP CO functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
Work with SAP S/4HANA Finance features, including the Universal Journal and Business Partner integration, as applicable.
Support integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support.
Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and end-user training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration and business processes.
Hands-on experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
Good understanding of integration with SAP MM and SD.
Experience in requirement analysis, configuration, testing, migration, and deployment activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori applications.
Knowledge of data migration, cutover activities, and reconciliation.
Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and implementation best practices.
SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
