Global Head of Product Legal - Digital Assets

Responsibilities
Act as the senior legal advisor for product and regulatory matters across the full product lifecycle
Provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance on new products, features, customer offerings and market growth opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage and mitigate potential legal and regulatory risks associated with a broad portfolio of financial and digital asset products
Work with a range of stakeholders to ensure regulatory implications are embedded into product decision-making
Design and implement governance and compliance frameworks that boost revenue and market share across global regulatory environments
Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, industry groups and external counsel
Deliver training and implement new initiatives
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with strong credentials and at least 12+ years' PQE gained in global law firms, financial groups, fintech, digital assets or technology
Solid understanding of financial regulatory frameworks, digital assets and global markets
Experience advising internal teams on legal considerations throughout the product development lifecycle
Ability to manage complex and multi-jurisdictional legal matters
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, evolving and highly regulated environment
