📍 Location: Pune & Pimpri-Chinchwad
At OnPawint, we're building a neighbourhood-based pet-care platform that connects pet parents with experienced and verified pet hosts nearby.
As an early-stage startup, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals who understand Pune's pet-care ecosystem and are excited about building meaningful relationships and growing a community.
🔹 WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
• Building and strengthening OnPawint's pet-care community across Pune and PCMC.
• Developing partnerships with veterinarians, pet stores, groomers, and other businesses in the pet-care ecosystem.
• Connecting with local animal welfare organizations, rescue groups, volunteers, and pet communities.
• Supporting community engagement, outreach initiatives, and brand awareness activities.
• Identifying opportunities for collaborations that help expand OnPawint's local presence.
🔹 WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We're particularly interested in individuals who:
• Have volunteered with animal NGOs, shelters, rescue groups, or fostering communities.
• Have prior experience or existing contacts within Pune's pet-care industry.
• Enjoy networking, meeting new people, and building relationships.
• Are comfortable with local travel and community outreach.
• Are proactive, resourceful, and excited about working with an early-stage startup.
Prior experience in animal welfare, pet services, community engagement, or partnerships would be an advantage.

💰 Compensation: Stipend + performance-based incentives
