Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai
What you’ll do
Run requirement workshops and stakeholder interviews, and map as-is and to-be customer journeys
Write BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Own and prioritise the product backlog, and lead refinement and sprint planning inputs with the team
Define mobile banking journeys across payments (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS) and/or lending, including limits, failure handling, and reversals
Work with designers to validate wireframes against business rules, and with architects and developers on API integrations and backend dependencies
Manage stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology
Handle change requests and impact analysis, support QA, and drive UAT and go-live readiness
Mentor junior BAs and set documentation standards for the team.
What you bring
Strong Banking/BFSI domain experience
Hands-on mobile or digital banking project background
Good understanding of payments and/or lending
Proven skills in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum delivery
Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-paced sprints
Ownership, attention to detail, and clarity in documentation
Ability to work closely with business, product, design, and technology teams, and to present to senior stakeholders
Experience on large-scale mobile banking transformation or revamp projects, hands on experience in Jira, Confluence, and Figma
