What You’ll Bring to the Table
Experience: 3+ years in QA roles, including hands-on experience with Playwright or similar automation tools.
Expertise in manual testing, test case design, and execution.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and QA best practices.
Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman and REST Assured.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test case management tools such as JIRA or similar.
Solid understanding of automation frameworks like BDD and TestNG, and testing strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with developers and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying potential issues and ensuring product quality.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
Perform manual testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance of applications.
Create, review, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans.
Conduct API testing using Postman to validate system integrations.
Track and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment to ensure thorough testing at every stage of the development lifecycle.
Analyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights to improve product quality.
Ensure compliance with QA processes and best practices throughout the organization.
Identify opportunities to enhance test automation frameworks and tools.
Contribute to team discussions on improving testing strategies, tools, and methodologies.
