Role Description

Business Transformation Consultants focus on evaluating business operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting organizational change initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing existing workflows, assessing operational performance, gathering stakeholder requirements, and recommending strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. They may assist with process mapping, business case development, digital transformation projects, change management activities, and implementation planning. They also prepare reports, monitor project progress, and collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that transformation initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Understanding of product development, design thinking, user-centered design, or business process improvement principles.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, or prototyping platforms, depending on the role.
Knowledge of business process mapping, requirements analysis, workflow optimization, and change management is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
