What You Will Do
Brand Strategy & Storytelling
Develop and maintain CodeGama’s brand voice and messaging.
Create engaging stories around projects, achievements, team culture, and company milestones.
Turn business updates and technical concepts into compelling content.
Social Media Management
Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan content calendars and campaigns aligned with business goals.
Track performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Content Creation
Create posts, reels, videos, carousels, blogs, and campaign content.
Develop creative ideas, strong hooks, and engaging narratives.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and internal teams.
Community & Partnerships
Engage with audiences across social platforms.
Explore creator collaborations, partnerships, and industry communities.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or content strategy.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative ideation skills.
Experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or technology company.
Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form content.
Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging content.
Strong ownership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
Knowledge of technology, software development, or startups is an advantage.
