Coordinator of Volunteer

Role Description The Digital Asset Custody Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the schedule. In this role, the individual will oversee the organization, storage, and lifecycle of digital assets related to transit operations, marketing, planning, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining digital asset repositories, applying and updating metadata standards, monitoring asset usage and permissions, and ensuring assets are properly cataloged and easily retrievable. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to understand asset requirements, supporting library-like services for digital content, and implementing best practices for digital asset governance and security. The manager will contribute to process improvements, documentation of workflows, and training staff on asset management tools and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Digital Asset Management and Asset Management, with experience overseeing structured repositories of digital content.
Knowledge of Digital Assets and Metadata, including standards for tagging, classification, and access control.
Background in Library Services or similar information management fields, with familiarity in cataloging, archival practices, or records management.
Experience working with content management or digital asset management systems, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in transportation, public sector, or infrastructure-related organizations is an advantage.
Relevant academic background in information science, library science, digital media, or a related discipline is preferred.
