Role Overview
To drive strategic planning, business analysis and execution of high-priority special projects for the organization — partnering with leadership and business heads to shape strategy, evaluate growth and investment opportunities, build business cases, and lead cross-functional execution — bringing structured problem-solving, rigorous analytical capability and strong stakeholder management to high-impact mandates.
Key Responsibilities
M&A / Partnership Support: Support due diligence, evaluation and integration planning for M&A, partnership, or investment opportunities as required.
Strategic Planning & Business Analysis: Support development of the organization's strategic plan, annual/quarterly business reviews and long-term growth roadmap through market research, competitive analysis and financial/business modelling.
Special Projects Execution: Lead and drive execution of cross-functional special projects (new business launches, process transformation, market entry, partnerships)
Business Case Development & Evaluation: Build rigorous business cases, financial models and feasibility analyses to support new initiatives, investments, or strategic opportunities.
Leadership Reporting & Presentations: Prepare high-quality board decks, management presentations and reports/dashboards that synthesize complex analysis into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Partner with business heads and functional teams (Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, Compliance) to align on project objectives, timelines and deliverables, and drive buy-in and execution.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor moves and regulatory developments relevant to the business, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Performance Tracking & Governance: Track progress of strategic initiatives and special projects against milestones, and report status, risks and mitigation plans to leadership.

Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems
Strong financial modelling, valuation and business case development skills
Superior presentation and communication skills, including board-level and senior leadership communication
Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership and external partners
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage ambiguity with minimal supervision
Qualifications & Experience
MBA from a premier (tier-1) B-school required, with a strong academic record
Minimum 5 years of total work experience, with a combination of: strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm and financial services/banking experience at a leading institution
Demonstrated experience working directly with senior leadership on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives preferred
