About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join the dynamic team at Primetime, working closely with one of our top-tier clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and optimize AI agents using advanced technologies like LangChain, while also contributing to full-stack development projects utilizing the MEAN Stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API development, database management, and AI integration, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. This position is designed for professionals eager to grow within a fast-paced startup environment, making a tangible impact on cutting-edge AI solutions. The role offers flexibility through a hybrid work model, with options for remote work and in-person collaboration at our Berlin offices, fostering a vibrant and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, preferably within AI or technology startups.
Proven expertise in building and managing AI agents, especially using LangChain technology.
Strong proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js).
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs to support AI-powered platforms.
Familiarity with Angular, with some experience in React considered a plus.
Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is highly desirable.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and high agency.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and manage AI agents leveraging LangChain and other emerging technologies.
Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs to facilitate AI-driven functionalities and integrations.
Manage and structure large datasets efficiently using MongoDB and ChromaDB, working closely with senior data engineers.
Participate in the development of innovative AI solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and efficient full-stack applications.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, full-stack development, and data management to continuously improve solutions.
Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
Support the deployment and maintenance of AI systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
