Job Summary
Chemclenzio India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise daily site activities at various refinery and industrial project locations across India. Candidates must have previous work experience as a Refinery Operator and should be capable of handling site manpower, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities as per project requirements.
- Manage site manpower, workers, and technicians and allocate daily work.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain daily attendance, manpower records, and site progress reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other concerned departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor worker discipline and ensure compliance with site rules.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and comply with site HSE requirements.
- Report daily work progress, manpower status, and site-related issues to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate material and equipment requirements with the concerned team.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and a safe working environment at the project site.
- Travel to different refinery and industrial project locations across India as required.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Refinery Operator is mandatory.
- Practical experience working in oil refineries, petrochemical plants, or related industrial environments.
- Previous experience in site supervision and manpower handling will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Site supervision and manpower management.
- Team coordination and daily work planning.
- Basic reporting and documentation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and PPE compliance.
- Ability to work at refinery and industrial project sites.
- Willingness to travel and work across India.
