Senior Software Developer (BlueYonder (JDA))

PACCAR India is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (BlueYonder (JDA)) to provide operational support, administration, configuration, customization, and development for Blue Yonder (JDA) Supply Chain applications across Europe. Maintain system performance, develop enhancements and integrations, and ensure reliable business operations through effective application management and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and application support for Blue Yonder systems supporting European business operations, including occasional out-of-hours support.
Configure, administer, and maintain Blue Yonder applications, including user provisioning and access management.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot system issues to ensure service availability.
Design, develop, maintain, and support custom software solutions and enhancements within the Blue Yonder environment.
Develop and maintain integrations between Blue Yonder and other DAF/PACCAR enterprise systems.
Analyze business requirements and implement functional and technical solutions.
Collaborate with business users, support teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Ensure compliance with application security, change management, and operational support processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Knowledge & Skills REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, configuration, and customization of Blue Yonder (JDA) applications, particularly Demand and Fulfillment modules.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Shell Scripting/Bash

Shell Scripting / Bash – Intermediate to Advanced
Perl Programming – Intermediate
Application Support & Troubleshooting – Advanced

Technical / Professional Experience Desired
Minimum 2 years of experience in Perl development and support.
Experience developing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications.
Experience troubleshooting production issues and providing application support in a business-critical environment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
