We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and result-oriented Hub In-Charge to join our team at Shadowfax, Bhubaneswar!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.
✅ Supervise delivery executives and operational staff.
✅ Monitor shipment processing, dispatch, and delivery performance.
✅ Ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.
✅ Handle operational challenges and drive team productivity.
✅ Maintain service quality and achieve business targets.
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in logistics, courier, or last-mile delivery operations.
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔️ Good knowledge of hub operations and shipment management.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
