Основні завдання:
Допомога користувачам з ПК, ноутбуками, принтерами та мобільними пристроями.
Встановлення та налаштування програм і обладнання.
Надання доступів та робота з обліковими записами користувачів.
Вирішення базових проблем із мережею та програмним забезпеченням.
Участь у впровадженні та підтримці ІТ-рішень компанії.
Консультація співробітників щодо користування ІТ-системами.
Що ми очікуємо:
Впевнене володіння Windows та Microsoft Office.
Розуміння основ роботи комп'ютерних мереж.
Готовність навчатися та розвиватися в ІТ-напрямку.
Хороші комунікативні навички та бажання допомагати користувачам.
Англійська мова на рівні, достатньому для роботи з документацією та міжнародною командою.
Буде перевагою:
Досвід роботи в ІТ-підтримці.
Знання Active Directory.
Профільна освіта або ІТ-сертифікації.
