Role Description
We are hiring a MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team in Mumbai (on-site). You will be responsible for building and scaling production-grade web applications used by real businesses at scale.
Flutter knowledge is a strong bonus, as we also develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications.
This role is best suited for immediate joiners who are comfortable working in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Develop clean, performant, and reusable frontend components
Design and implement secure, efficient backend APIs
Work with MongoDB on schema design, indexing, and query optimization
Collaborate closely with product, design, and mobile teams
Integrate third-party services and RESTful APIs
Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
Qualifications
Must have minimum 3 years of professional experience with the MERN stack
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
Experience with MongoDB data modeling and performance tuning
Familiarity with Git and team-based development workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
Bonus Skills
Experience with Flutter & Dart
Exposure to mobile app development or hybrid architectures
Experience working with complex business domains or data-heavy systems
