Senior Project Manager

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale real estate development projects in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with real estate developers, preferably with local Raipur market exposure, and expertise in township development, multi-storey tower construction, and infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution for township developments, multi-storey residential towers, and infrastructure works.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
Manage civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure activities in line with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control across all project phases.
Manage contracts, billing, procurement coordination, material planning, and contractor performance.
Identify project risks, resolve site-level challenges, and implement corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, local regulations, and quality standards.
Lead project teams, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project milestones.
Prepare and present periodic progress reports, budget updates, and project status reports to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; a postgraduate qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
16–25 years of relevant experience in real estate construction and project management.
Candidates from established real estate developers will be preferred.
Prior experience in Raipur and knowledge of the local construction market will be highly preferred.
Proven experience in township development, multi-storey residential towers, and infrastructure development.
Sound understanding of project planning, budgeting, contracts, quality control, safety, and execution management.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
